Job Title: Production Engineer
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a Technology field, related certifications
- 3 to 4 years of experience in the support and management of large IT systems
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Analytical and organized working style
- Willing to participate in a 24/7 Operations
Role Accountabilities :
- Ensure the platform is up and running
- Handling of tickets related to the platform.
- Provide support to consultants, support and R&D from a platform perspective.
- Platform and database changes.
- Customer specific change management
- SSO Implementation
- Should have good knowledge of Oracle, SQL and MongoDB.
- Hands on experience implementing SSO
- Hands on experience implementing VPN
- Should have experience in working and implementing certificates.
- Should have good knowledge of Linux and Windows.
- Problem-solving, problem description, communication, collaboration, and reporting experience
- Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Splunk etc
- Hands on experience on scripting.
