- Job Profile: Production Executive
- Location: Bathkol, Mangrol (Surat)
- Department: Production / Operations
- Job Summary: we are seeking a driven and passionate Fresher to become a part of our growing team as Production Executive at Koladiya Industries Pvt. Ltd. In order to reach daily production goals and ensure adherence to food safety regulations (FSSAI/HACCP), you will help with the daily operations of the beverage lines. Gaining practical experience in high-speed beverage manufacturing is made possible by this fantastic entry-level opportunity.
- Assist in planning and executing daily production schedules.
- Monitor production processes to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, FSSAI guidelines).
- Maintain production records, batch reports, and documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure workplace hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes (carbonation, pasteurization, blending, bottling)
- Understanding of quality systems and food safety standards.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, production reporting tools).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, B.Sc. Chemistry, or B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Chemical/Production Engineering).
- Experience: Fresher. Internship experience in a food/beverage plant is a plus.
