We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer (fresher or with up to 1 year of experience) to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will assist in managing production processes, improving efficiency, ensuring quality, and supporting daily plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the maintaining production schedules and output targets, operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Monitor and support daily production activities on the shop floor.
• Ensure smooth functioning of machines and availability of materials for continuous production.
• Assist in maintaining production schedules and output targets.
• Identify and report bottlenecks or deviations in the production process.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean, etc.).
• Maintain production records, daily reports, and shift handovers.
• Ensure safety and compliance with operational procedures.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Work with the team on assembly, fabrication, or installation tasks.
• Monitor machine parameters and report abnormalities.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of work performed and equipment logs.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering from a recognized institute.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresher’s welcome).
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, tools, and machines (lathe, milling, pumps, compressors, pneumatic system, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with industrial practices, quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) and safety practices.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and SAP systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work in shifts or on-site assignments.
