Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision and Motivation:

Safety and Quality:
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and ensure that products meet quality standards and production objectives.
Problem-Solving:
Identify and troubleshoot issues that arise on the line, implementing corrective actions to optimize production.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate production records and reports to track performance and progress.
Resource Management:
Coordinate the flow of raw materials and manage inventory of finished products on the shop floor.
