Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Ensure packaging material- boxes, decoration inventory is in place
2. Assist in planning for the season
3. Tie up with a flower vendor and packaging person for bulk orders
4. Give the practice to staff for packaging
5. Keep elements like flower bunches and ribbon bows ready for use (20 to 30 pcs)
6. Apply your mind to procuring, customizing, and developing new products and packaging at affordable and low prices when orders are low
7. Figure steps to optimize time once the order is received to go out in the minimum amount of time and resources in the best quality possible

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 9th Sep'22 and 14th Oct'22

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Excellent negotiation skills

2. Ability to train and get orders carried out seamlessly, good eye for detail

3. Basic computing skills for inventory, well trained in packaging, flower arrangement, dried flower arrangement, ribbon and bow making
