You will be wholly & solely responsible for the output & quality of finished goods which should meet the Company’s Standard Specifications.
Preventive maintenance schedule of all the machinery & raw material planning.
Planning of Labour resource & Obtain maximum output with the strength of workmen
Ensure Safety measures and security of factory and individuals
Efficiency of all operations in the factory
All statutory requirements
Colour matching and guiding & controlling all the production, supervision of the same
Motivating supervisors & workers to achieve the target.
To maintain harmonial relationship of staff & workers.
