Job Description
- Production manager will participate in business planning, oversee supply chains and quality standards, reporting and team management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ensure complete participation and contribution in organization/process level initiatives (e.g. Referral programs, Absenteeism, Attrition control) that may be implemented from time to time to improve efficiency.
- Ability to achieve stretch targets and take decisions as well as manage complex/ difficult employee situations.
- Need knowledge in ISO and ISO training programs like 8D, 6 Sigma and 5S.
