Job Description
- Managing workmen for achieving the periodic production targets.
- Organize the production schedules and regulate inventory management.
- To ensure right quantity and quality of raw material, equipment, etc. are available during times of production.
- Reduced rejection level & rework through a continuous up gradation of quality circles to observe better compliance in line with the changing customer requirement.
- Planned and affected preventive maintenance schedules of various equipment to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
- Identified areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of the implementation of various techniques and quality/ safety standards for improving operations along with cost saving: well versed with the functional aspects of :
- Hourly Chart Preparation
- Remove the bottleneck
- Work instruction Preparation
- Scheduling helps in capacity planning as to reduce bottlenecks.
