Education: Diploma in ME/BE Mechanical/Diploma in Production Engineering/BE Production Engineer/ B.Tech/ Any engineer/ITI or having excellent experience in Modular Furniture industry
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production.
Supervising hourly production.
Utilization of manpower accurately.
Organizing daily work at shop floor.
Handling skilled manpower and administration of shop floor.
Related to work measurements, productivity improvement, cost reduction and implementation.
Ensure products are producedat highest grade, complied with customer specifications.
Control of Critical Processes & solving day-to-day Production and Quality problems.
Planning & implementing good production practices and providing material handling systems on shop floor.
Cultivate high morale within company’s workforce as well as customers.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations, management and plant activities management.
Installation, Commissioning & Trial of Machines / Tooling for starting Production.
Looking after preventive maintenance of all machines in plant
Organizing daily work at shop floor.
