Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing of goods. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.
• We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. If you are up to it, we’d like to talk to you.
• The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets production requirements.

Technical / Functional Skill: 

• Proven experience as Production Manager/Supervisor
• Machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Deep knowledge of production management
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Standards, (ISO:13485)

Responsibilities

• As a production manager, you'll need to:
• Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
• Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
• Support in audit and audit closure points.
• Verification of Operations Equipment calibration. 
• Maintenance of quality and production records. 
• Preparation, revision and review of Batch Manufacturing Records. 
• Investigation of Batch failures in Operations. 
• Review worker performance
• identify training needs.
• Experience: 5 years and above, 5 years of relevant experience
• Industry: Plastic Product/High volume manufacturing Industries
