Job Description

We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team at Ashvir Arts to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹32000 - ₹45000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.  

Key Responsibilities: 
  •  Work on architectural/interior design concepts and layouts. 
  •  Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software. 
  •  Source materials and manage vendor coordination. 
  • Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans. 
  •  Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Building and leading project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.  
Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3+ years of experience. 

Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or production planning software.
