Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Production Manager. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of hands-on experience, especially in handling and operating powderising / pulverising machines (or your exact machine name). The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage production operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and oversee powerising/pulverising machines and related equipment
Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met
Coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime
Implement safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment
Prepare production reports and documentation
Lead and guide production staff on the shop floor
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
3–4 years of experience in industrial production
Hands-on experience with powerising machines
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and supervise production teams
Good communication and planning skills
