Job Description

We are Looking for Production Manager who can independently carry out Activities related to Procurement, Production, Packaging and Delivery with man power Handling. Payment on basis of Percentage:-20-25% of Net Profits per Month.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the entire production process, from planning to completion.

Ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.

Managing production schedules and resource allocation.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.

Monitoring production costs and implementing cost-saving strategies.

Implementing safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment.

Training and developing production staff.

Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement.
