To Plan and execute the domestic and export order as per need of domestic and international marketing.
To verify the material shortage and inform material requirement to purchase department and prepare monthly and weekly plan according to material availability and delivery date given by purchase department.
To monitor and verify yield at every stage of tablet, capsule and oral liquid, ointment and lotion manufacturing.
To monitor and achieve each and every machine output in production and packing department as per the plan.
To validate the manufacturing process and qualify the new equipment from design to performance qualification.
To enforce latest development in GMP, SOPs ,Master Formulas and BMRs etc.
Ability to manufacture wide range of product i.e sustain release, enteric coated , film coated ,bi layer tablet and hard gelatin capsule and oral liquid GMP facility thus the product quality and packing to meet international standard
