We are seeking a skilled Production Professional with strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment handling, and documentation. The role involves ensuring smooth production operations, compliance with quality standards, and preparation of key documents such as BMR, BPR, SOPs, and validation reports.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle Production Validation Preparation, Process Validation, and Stability Studies.

Prepare and review BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record), BPR (Batch Packing Record), and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Ensure adherence to production processes and quality control standards.

Monitor and optimize production activities for efficiency and compliance.

Coordinate with Quality Assurance, QC, and other cross-functional teams.

Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Provide training and guidance to production staff.
Requirements:

Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and GMP compliance.

Understanding of quality control standards.

Leadership and team management skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel; ERP systems preferred).

Good communication and reporting skills.

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc or equivalent with relevant experience.
