Job Description
- Looking for a Production Executive who has a decent experience and can perform below tasks fluently.
- To lead the production function while ensuring that all events/projects are profitable, executed timely and meeting client expectations.
- Taking complete ownership of projects being undertaken for execution under events & activation.
- Must have Knowledge of Activation Like RWA activity, Promotion, etc, visual merchandising i.e.
- Retail branding, Event management.
- Must have knowledge how to do Rescue of Exhibition, Retail store and Activity set up.
- Need to lead the planning, operations, production of jobs.
- To ensure flawless execution of assigned projects managed by the company, while taking the ownership of every individual project.
- To have a good vendor base across PAN India and strong operational abilities as required in the field of Retail Merchandising (Production, Fabrication & Branding).
- To offer innovative cost effective solutions for all Event / BTL/ Retail Merchandising campaign related requirement.
- To create cost sheets with external & internal cost analysis for all projects.
- Train and manage supervisors and subordinates on related projects.
- To generate Weekly Project MIS.
- Good Communication skills also required to perform client servicing & conduct weekly project meeting & follow-up with the client.
- Ensure completion of projects on time and within budget.
- Must keep a regular check on team performances & project timelines.
- Maintaining & Submitting on Daily Scheduler and Project Progress Report on daily basis
- Ability to achieve monthly & Quarterly business volume target.
- Talent to handle extreme work pressure with strict timelines.
