We are hiring for Bsc chemistry freshers
Interview location : Hitex
Interview date : 26th-Dec-2025
Work location: Patancheru and Pashamailaram
Production Officer (Fresher) at Techno Paints in 2025, the role typically serves as a trainee position focused on learning the end-to-end manufacturing process of decorative and industrial paints under the supervision of a shift lead.
Experience: FresherWork Location: Pashamailaram or Patancheru
Qualification : Bsc Chemistry
Salary : 16K per month
Key Responsibilities for Freshers
Operational Assistance: Assist in daily batch production, including the mixing and feeding of raw materials and the final packing of finished goods.
Documentation: Maintain accurate daily logs, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), downtime reports, and material usage logs.
Quality Monitoring: Perform basic quality inspections on raw materials and finished goods; coordinate with the QC department for in-process testing.
Equipment Handling: Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report any abnormalities or utility issues.
Safety & Housekeeping: Follow strict safety protocols (PPE), familiarize yourself with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and maintain a clean shop floor.
Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse to receive raw materials and ensure proper identification and labeling of stocks.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: B.Sc. (Chemistry), Experience: 0–2 years;
freshers are encouraged to apply.
