Job Description
Product Leadership
Define and own product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives
Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market insights
Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Drive value delivery and ROI by continuously prioritizing backlog items
Collaborate with UX, engineering, and data teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
Scrum Master / Agile Execution
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies:
Sprint Planning
Daily Stand-ups
Sprint Reviews
Retrospectives
Ensure adherence to Scrum/Agile best practices and frameworks
Remove impediments/blockers impacting team velocity
Coach teams on Agile maturity and continuous improvement
Track and manage team velocity, burndown charts, and delivery metrics
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary interface between business and engineering teams
Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders
Align cross-functional teams on priorities and delivery timelines
Manage expectations and drive consensus in complex situations
Delivery & Execution
Drive end-to-end product delivery from ideation to release
Ensure high standards of quality, scalability, and performance
Monitor product performance and incorporate feedback loops
Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively
