Production Quality Engineer
Job Description
· Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
· Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
· Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
· Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
· Responsible for document management systems
· Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external provider
· Knowledge in PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, QFD, 8D & 7QC tools.
· Implementing Kaizen Activities for improving manufacturing Line
· Guidance to Maintain ISO Standards, Quality Manual, Procedure Manual, Control of Documents and Control of Records.
