We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with in-depth knowledge of Production Management, to organize and oversee the Production of goods.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the production lines and good quality output.
Helps manufacturing staff achieve company goals by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and evaluating job results.
Preparing daily & monthly production plan to achieve 100% PDSL.
Monitoring the Performance & Efficiency of the operators.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1 - 3 Yrs of Experience in Production supervision

Willing to work in shift basis.

Experience in handling Machine Operators.

Salary: 15k to 20k

Location: Pondicherry
