Job Description

Responsibilities:

Supervising the workers in specified section of hosiery mill

Dealing with the manufacture of socks, vests, gloves and other hosiery products

Guiding the knitting jobber to set machine according to the type of article to be manufactured

Ensuring the upkeep of machines and equipment in perfect working condition

Ensuring that manufacturing target is achieved

Enforcing that safety and other rules and regulations are followed

Keeping the records, registers and submitting reports

Skills:

Skilled in supervising the workers and activities of the hosiery mills

Knowledge of the process of manufacturing various hosiery products

Skilled in calculating production target and delivery schedules

Familiar with different machines and equipment used in the process

Equipped to maintain the machines in proper condition

Skilled in maintaining records of the process activities
