Job Description

Supervise day-to-day production activities.

Achieve production targets as per plan.

Manage manpower and shift activities.

Monitor machines and production processes.

Coordinate with Quality and Maintenance departments.

Ensure quality, safety and 5S requirements.

Maintain production records and reports.

Rubber/plastic/automotive manufacturing experience preferred
