Production Support with DotNet - 2 to 5 yrs - Immediate - Bangalore
- The person should have a stronghold on .net.
- SQL knowledge and good experience in support is a must.
- He should have good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and SDLC
- Below points are important,
- Write queries and generate DB reports needed for operations (SQL)
- Document all the processes and update knowledge base. This should contribute in making the process people independent
- Incident, Problem, Patching and Knowledge management
- Performing health checks, monitor systems, work on alerts and reports.
- Generate reports and also prepare RCA document of issues
- Provide accurate problem descriptions, with all necessary support documentation
- Timely escalation of issues is of the essence to prevent or contain operational impact
