Able to learn and grasp industrial need quickly. Responsible for operating all the equipment in bio-pharma plant. Assist shift in charge in both upstream & downstream activities. Follow SOPs and Checklists in coordination with QA team. Follow cGMP procedures and safety regulations in the plant.
- Ability to operate the equipment with minimal guidance.
- Individual perfection and team work exhibited in the manufacturing operations.
- Inputs provided to optimize the process and increase the efficiency.
- Adherence to Quality and safety standards.
- Alignment to company’s core values.
- Ready to work in shift including night shift as well.
- Immediate Joiner.
