Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented, and dedicated Production Trainees to join our manufacturing team. As a Production Trainee, you will be actively involved in the assembly, testing, quality inspection, and repair of electronics products such as IT peripherals, speakers, sound bars, CCTV equipment, and telecom accessories. This hands-on position offers real-world exposure to modern electronics manufacturing and quality assurance processes.
This is a great opportunity for candidates interested in starting a career in the electronics or consumer tech manufacturing industry. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided in areas like assembly, rework, QC, and repairing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Assembly & Manufacturing:

Participate in the assembly of electronic components into final products such as speakers, routers, sound bars, CCTVs, and telecom devices.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for accurate and safe assembly.

Use basic tools such as screwdrivers, soldering irons, wire strippers, and testing equipment during the assembly process.
2. Quality Control (QC):
-
Conduct pre-assembly and post-assembly inspections to ensure components meet technical and quality specifications.

Perform visual inspections, basic electrical testing, and functional checks.

Flag any non-conforming products or defective components for rework or rejection.
3. Quality Assurance (QA):
-
Assist in maintaining product quality by following checklists and QA protocols.

Verify product functionality before packaging or dispatch.

Ensure proper documentation of inspection results, test data, and any deviations.
4. Rework & Repair:
-
Receive hands-on training in identifying and fixing issues in defective units or returned items.

Carry out minor repairs, re-soldering, or part replacement under the guidance of senior technicians.

Learn to use multimeters, oscilloscopes, or diagnostic tools for troubleshooting.
5. Production Line Support:

Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth workflow.

Help with component handling, labeling, packaging, and organizing workstations.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and ESD (electrostatic discharge) safety of the production floor.
6. Learning & Development:

Attend structured training sessions on product assembly, electronics basics, quality inspection, and safety protocols.

Develop knowledge about various types of electronic components, circuits, and tools used in the plant.

Take responsibility for completing training modules and skill assessments during the trainee period.
