Job Description
The selected candidates would be doing analysis and day trading in US equity exchanges like NYSE, NASDAQ & US Stock exchange. This profile DOES NOT entail selling/marketing of financial products or servicing/calling clients. In fact the successful Learner would be a full-fledged, professional US stock market analyst/trader able to make wise and informed stock trading decisions, similarly someone trading at wallstreet.
Training would be Stipend based(4000pm+Meals+Accidental insurance)
Compensation after successful completion of the training is Rs 12500 PM+(80% to upto 95%) profit sharing of net profits. We are one of the highest net profit sharing in the industry. Salary is subject to increase based on the trader's performance, every year. The net take home for a trader per month varies from few tens of thousands to few lakhs.A average profitable trader makes a net monthly profit of 4000 USD to 5000 USD of which he/she takes home 80% which increases upto 95% with his experience and performance the payout structured in such a way that traders long term trading career is secured
The candidate would be given an offer to work as a 'Professional Trader ' once he / she completes the training successfully.
Medical insurance will be given after completion of training period
Candidate must be Minimum Graduate
Any graduate /Post graduate candidates are eligible to apply
Candiatates with good mathematics and stats background are preferred
The candidate must be his / her early 20s i.e.(20-30years) (BSC/MSC,BA,MA,BBA,MBA ,Bcom ,Mcom,B.E Btech,M.E Mtech etc / Any Post Graduation Related To Capital Market.) NCFM or any other CFAs / CMTs not mandatory ,it would be an added advantage
Candidate must be mentally prepared to give 6-12 month of his time to develop into professional trader
