Professionals Jobs recruitment in National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE)
Subjects : i) Marketing Management ii) Finance Management iii) Quantitative Subjects like Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Business Analytics etc.
Essential Qualifications : (A) The applicant should have a good academic record with first class Master’s Degree in relevant subject / MBA / PG Diploma in Management / Agri Business Management or its equivalent from a recognized University or institution with specialization in the subjects mentioned above. (B) The candidate should preferably possess Ph.D. Degree in the above mentioned subjects and at least 2 years of teaching and research experience. (C) The candidates possessing Ph.D. as mentioned above with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience are also eligible subject to meeting the qualifications given at 4.(A). (D) Professional will be permitted to take up consultancy work on mutual sharing basis as per the norms of MANAGE. (D) It is preferable that the candidates should have the ability to handle at least any two subjects indicated above.
Remuneration / Salary : Rs.12,00,000/-
Age : The candidates preferably in the age group of 35-50 years.
Fee : Demand Draft of Rs.500/- in favour of MANAGE, Hyderabad

MANAGE was
established in 1987, as the National Centre for Management of
Agricultural Extension at Hyderabad, by the Ministry of Agriculture,
Government of India as an autonomous Institute, from which its acronym
‘MANAGE’ is derived. In recognition of its importance and expansion of
activities all over the country, its status was elevated to that of a
National Institute in 1992 and re-christened to its present name i.e.,
National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management. MANAGE is the
Indian response to challenges of agricultural extension in a rapidly
growing and diverse agriculture sector. The policies of liberalization
and globalization of the economy and the level of agricultural
technology becoming more sophisticated and complex, called for major
initiatives towards reorientation and modernization of the agricultural
extension system. Effective ways of managing the extension system needed
to be evolved and extension organizations enabled to transform the
existing set up through professional guidance and training of critical
manpower.
