Qualification : A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act. 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act. 1956. Post-graduate Degree in the concerned specialty mentioned in Section-A of Schedule VI of the CHS Rule. 1996 or equivalent (Equivalent qualifications as per the TEQ in the MCI act)in concerned specialty having three years of experience after MD/MS as a Senior Resident in a permitted/recognised medical college obtained after the date of issue of LOP to the college.

Qualification : MBBS from a recognized University. Non-medical candidates, qualification of M.Sc./ PhD from faculty of Medical Sciences/ Medical College can also apply in the concerned department as per TEQ for tutor eligibility in MCI norms. - Preference will be given to the candidates with PG degree in the concerned department.
