Eligibility : Accomplished scientists from Central/State Govt. Institutes / Universities / Public Sector Undertakings / Research organisations / Academic institutes /Industry with a minimum of 25 years of research experience in responsible higher position with published research of highest standards and / or technologies of established utility with an MD or PhD degree in Life Sciences / Biomedical Sciences / Biotechnology / Biomedical Engineering or a related area from a recognized University.
Emoluments : Fixed at Rs. 1,50,000/- per month
Age Limit : 62 years at the time of initial engagement as Professor of Eminence
