Profit Centre Head / Branch Head Jobs in Delhi - POP Money Pvt. Ltd.

The Responsibility includes achieving Top-line and Fee Income within the assigned territory by effectively selling all the Product Offering Including Equity, Debt, Trade, Forex. The detailed responsibility is as mentioned below, however you may be assigned any work as per the organizational requirement as it may deem fit from time to time:
• Generate Sales of SME Loan, Business Loans & Mortgage Loans- Home Loans/LAP/LRD/Commercial purchase of Property etc. from HNI and high value premium customer segment.• Be one Point of Contact for clients as "Relationship Manager" and Handle customer complaints and resolve amicably without any escalation following the principle of "CUSTOMER FIRST"• Meeting prospective customers, explaining product details, giving presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.• Generating leads, achieving sales target• Responsible for identifying opportunities prepare and send proposals for acquisition of new partners/business.• Following with prospective clients and understand the requirement of loan.• Executing and planning sales promotion plans and activities for the assigned area.• Driving business with the help of Business Partners/Channel Partners and Referral Sales Agent.• Responsible for maintaining of smooth direct sales agent relationship and ensuring continuous expansion.• Managing and Achieving the assigned sales targets and profitability Month on Month.• Keeping track of competitor activities and analyzing latest market trends.• Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential• Analyses the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers- value to the organization. • Responsible for liaisoning with trade associations, industry body, channelizing agencies etc for business development.
