Job Description
Job Summary
The Associate will be the main resource person for a group of 4 to 5 schools in one of the educational blocks in Bangalore. His/her duty will be to coordinate and present UE curriculum in all schools. On a weekly basis the associate along with volunteers will present different industry modules to the children in classes 8, 9 and 10. The associate will keenly observe the interests/talent of different children and groom them accordingly.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct program in assigned schools
- Get trained in industry content
- Help in mentoring the children along with volunteers
- Get the children motivated to work towards a good future and job

- Loves interacting with children and exposing them to different possibilities
- Should be a Team Player
- Should be a Self-Starter with an ability to work independently
- Maintains close liaison with all stakeholders
- Comfortable travelling within Bangalore City
- Can speak and write in Kannada
Required Experience and Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in social work or working with children
- Graduates and Postgraduates; preferably in Social work, Psychology, Sociology
