Program Co-Ordinator – Knowledge Transfer

Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and co-ordinate online design lab course to train teacher educators in each of three partner countries (Bhutan, Tanzania, Nigeria).
- Plan co-ordinate research design workshops for the Impact Study and the Innovation Diffusion study.
- Coordinate the installation of the TISSx platform at each of the partner project sites.
- Provide research support to the knowledge transfer and research teams by conducting literature reviews, drafting course design documents etc.
- Manage online and physical knowledge repositories developed in the course of knowledge transfer.
- Report on the progress of the knowledge transfer to all key stakeholders.
Qualifications: Applicants must have a degree (B.Ed./M.A (Ed)./MEd) in education/social sciences combined with a postgraduate/graduate degree in science/ mathematics / engineering or in similar fields. Candidate pursuing their PhD in Education or allied fields would be preferred.
Experience: Three years of relevant experience of having worked on research projects or teaching experience.
Skills and competencies required:
- Good understanding of curriculum design and use of ICT in education.
- Experience in project planning and co-ordination of academic research.
- Ability to do background academic research and to author academic and research documents.
- Ability to leverage technology for work such as use of Google Drive, Learning Management Platforms such as Google Classroom, Edx, etc.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to handle tasks independently and meet deadlines.
Duration: 8 months: May to December, 2021
Remuneration: In the range of INR 35,000 to 50,000 depending upon qualification and experience.
Application fee: The application fee of Rs 1000/- to be paid online. The SC/ST/PWD candidates are required to pay fees of Rs. 250/- if they attach the required certificate to the online application form. The women candidates are waived from the payment of application fees. The application will be valid only on receipt of the application fee for those who are required to pay. Fees once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
