Job Responsibilities of Program Coordinator
- To assist day to day function of Girl Icon Fellowship program.
- On ground implementation of the Girl Icon Fellowship Program with support from the State Program Manager; you have to ensure adherence to work plans so that all deadlines are met and targets achieved.
- To Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities
- To support the State Program Manager to develop annual planning of the Girl Icon Fellowship Program in Madhya Pradesh.
- To verify Learning Grants and Social Action Project Grants of Girl Icons and submit to State Program Manager for approval.
- To create and submit timely and accurate activity/progress reports with support from the State Program Manager, including Donor reports.
- To closely coordinate with Girl Icons and their peer groups to monitor and evaluate Peer Group Meetings and Social Action Projects.
- Responsible for timely collection and dissemination of relevant data and information.
- To coordinate with State Program Manager to undertake planned field visits to assess progress and identify any issue in program implementation; provide a suggestion.
- To support the Girl Icon Team (MP and UP) to organize training and be part of the facilitation team.
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with Girl Icons and community members.
- To keep updated records and create reports or proposals
- To perform other duties as assigned whenever deemed necessary.
