Job Designation :Non Technical Consultant
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Ensure smooth customer follow ups.
- Ensure customer queries are understood and corrective action is taken to resolve queries.
- Ensure that all the customer support systems are up to date.
- Perform root cause analysis and suggest preventive measures.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in customer handling
- Excellent written and Communication skills
- Strong process orientation
- Strong customer focus
- Technical Skills required: Microsoft Excel would be an added advantage
- Reporting To: Head of Operations
- Working days: 5 Days
- Working hours: 15 Days Rotational US/UK shifts
- CTC: 2.4 L
