Job Description
About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to join Product Delivery Operations team, supporting the execution and optimization of offer delivery and route-to-market (RTM) programs across Adobe’s ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 2-3 years of experience who can work independently with minimal guidance, lead complex operational projects, and drive continuous improvement in delivery workflows. You’ll collaborate closely with Business Development, Product, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure offers are launched accurately, efficiently, and on time.
The right candidate will have strong program management discipline, technical knowledge, analytical capabilities, and communication skills, with the confidence to recommend best delivery approaches and ensure alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery for offer and RTM programs, from setup to testing to partner launch.
Manage project plans, milestones, and risks — ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned on priorities and deliverables.
Collaborate with internal partners (BDM, Product, Legal, Finance, Engineering) to execute program timelines and resolve dependencies.
Recommend best practices and process improvements to scale offer delivery and operational efficiency.
Monitor and report on fulfillment metrics, health dashboards, and performance data to inform planning.
Maintain program documentation, SOPs, and project trackers to ensure operational clarity.
Serve as a key point of contact for escalations or blockers impacting RTM timelines.
Partner with Vineeta and leadership to design scalable workflows and improve delivery models across programs.
Skills
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or delivery management, ideally within a technology, SaaS, or enterprise environment.
Proven ability to lead projects independently and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
One key expectation to confirm is that these resources will need to support until ~3:30am IST
Strong project-management discipline — experience building timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating across stakeholders.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational ability and attention to detail; able to anticipate risks and drive accountability.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, and Tableau or similar reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Education
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on partner operations, offer fulfillment, or RTM delivery programs.
Familiarity with offer management systems or enterprise workflow tools.
Demonstrated success in recommending and implementing process improvements.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
