Job Description

Independently lead Global program with multi domain, disciplinary and geography scope.
QCD responsibility for the program
Interface with stakeholders in a matrix organization
Anticipate bottlenecks and risks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
Drive program acquisition
Ability to successfully deliver end-to-end technology and operations projects, working through the obstacles
Manage budgets, calculate profitability, cost management and handle change.
Resolving constraints and conflicts that affect multiple projects within the program.
Ability to communicate and gather expectations and requirements equally well with business and technology teams, and capacity to write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals, performing your own data analysis as necessary
A creative problem solver who proactively seeks out system/process improvements in support of his/her customers
Plan and manage multiple parallel projects
Experienced in change management, quality improvement initiatives.
Strong program management skills working across teams and stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Strong sense of ownership and urgency

Qualifications

13+ years of experience including 3+ years of Program Management, Project management experience in related field
People management and leadership skills
PMP/Prince certified
Experience of managing large software projects with team size of 40+
Managing SaaS applications and Azure Cloud infrastructure
Experience to Agile methodologies and Devops
In-depth knowledge of the SDLC.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, People Management and Customer handling skills
