- Independently lead Global program with multi domain, disciplinary and geography scope.
- QCD responsibility for the program
- Interface with stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Anticipate bottlenecks and risks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
- Drive program acquisition
- Ability to successfully deliver end-to-end technology and operations projects, working through the obstacles
- Manage budgets, calculate profitability, cost management and handle change.
- Resolving constraints and conflicts that affect multiple projects within the program.
- Ability to communicate and gather expectations and requirements equally well with business and technology teams, and capacity to write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals, performing your own data analysis as necessary
- A creative problem solver who proactively seeks out system/process improvements in support of his/her customers
- Plan and manage multiple parallel projects
- Experienced in change management, quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong program management skills working across teams and stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency
- 13+ years of experience including 3+ years of Program Management, Project management experience in related field
- People management and leadership skills
- PMP/Prince certified
- Experience of managing large software projects with team size of 40+
- Managing SaaS applications and Azure Cloud infrastructure
- Experience to Agile methodologies and Devops
- In-depth knowledge of the SDLC.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, People Management and Customer handling skills
