Program Manager Jobs in Hyderabad - IAdore Transtech Private Limited

iAdore Transtech Private Limited is looking for Programme Manager to manage CSR and government partnerships. The positions would be based out of Hyderabad with frequent travels (40% travel expectation) to districts, state HQs and other states as well.

Expectation:

• Managing relationship and acquiring new leads with CSR partners mainly PSUs for project implementation in collaboration with district administration
• Coordination with district and state administration to demonstrate our solution portfolio and acquire new projects
• Understanding of aspirational districts and districts having District Education Fund
• Work closely with the Zonal head and National CSR Lead to develop a robust pipeline of business opportunities
• Effectively track and oversee the execution of CSR projects

Requirement-

• Bachelor s Degree (Masters preferred) in economic development/social sector/business/relevant field
• 1-4 years of experience in development, business development, government-allied setup
• Proficiency with analytics, reporting, planning and presentation tools
• Flexible to travel extensively
• Self-motivated and ability to work both in a team as well as in an independent role 

Desirable-

• Previous experience of handling CSR projects with PSUs is desirable
• Prior experience of working with government administration and CSR would be preferred 

Expected Salary- 3-5 lakhs depending upon experience and suitability.
