Key responsibility:
Ensure Revenue, Margin, SLA / Quality, Retention and Utilization Goals are met for projects under the tower portfolio.
Drive team to deliver high quality, results based customer experience across all customer engagements
Qualifications
12 - 17 years tenure
Should have handled 100 member teams across infrastructure towers
Experience in building up teams, process, structure.
Ensure Revenue, Margin, SLA / Quality, Retention and Utilization Goals are met for projects under the tower portfolio.
Drive team to deliver high quality, results based customer experience across all customer engagements
