Role: Experienced, self-driven, high energy candidate for a position that will program manage the business aspects of arguably the most important customer engagement in Intel India 1. The Delivery Director is the focal point leader for the assigned customer. This role will serve as the onsite executive representing Intel with the customer leadership and drive delivering mega scale, complex, strategic, multi-year, multi-phase technology initiatives. This individual ensures client needs are satisfied and expectations properly managed by constructing effective partnerships between the Intel teams (Business Units, Account Teams, Engineering teams) and Client Executive Staff and Engineering teams, Intel Vendor/Partner Executives involved in the technology initiatives. The scope of initiatives will include 5G, Network transformation, Data center technologies as well as AI initiatives. 2. This role will be responsible for client satisfaction by influencing the business and technology strategy discussions taking place between Intel and the client executive organizations and ensuring on-going program oversight and alignment to customer expectations. The individual will work closely with program execution teams to ensure issues or roadblocks are escalated to the responsible owners and are proactively mitigated to avoid impact to business goals. 3. The individual will also oversee execution of onsite deliverables committed to the client and coordinate Intel and client resources to ensure achieve of program objectives. A key responsibility will be to manage scope and ensure any changes are tracked appropriately approved to ensure Intel commitments are met. 4. Individual will drive overall Program governance, working with Program managers and key stakeholders, determine and communicate clear program goals to the team with respect to features, performance, quality, security, schedule and cost. Build, monitor and maintain the linkage between these program execution goals and the program's business goals of volume, revenue, and profitability. Work with the technical program managers to track program progress against the goals, including managing program execution within the approved R&D budget. 6. Proactively identify customer engagement risks, Lead the resolution of issues, pulling in experts and resources as needed and make and facilitate decisions needed to keep the programs on track. 8. Communicate engagement progress and issues to senior management across multiple organizations. 9. Build an inclusive environment within the program teams. Ensure that all individuals are respected, heard, and are able to contribute to their maximum potential. Proactively support the development of team members. 10. The individual will work closely with the India Strategy and Biz Dev Office , Account Teams to identifying growth opportunities and in developing account strategy and business Skills: 1. Learnability & Quick study - able to quickly grasp value propositions and associated enabling technologies 9. Experience in the Telecom and Public Cloud Segments as a Strategic Biz Dev leader or Solution Architecture leader working with Senior management is importantQualifications
