Job Description
The ViDKonX International Group is responsible for the successful planning, organization, and execution of scientific conferences. This role ensures a seamless experience for speakers, participants, and attendees by managing all aspects of conference logistics and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end planning of scientific conferences, ensuring efficient execution and a high-quality attendee experience.
- Manage speaker outreach and communications, including sending invitations, confirming participation, and handling logistics.
- Oversee abstract submission processes, including system management, communication with authors, and coordination of peer review.
- Assist in the development of the conference program, including scheduling sessions, assigning speakers, and aligning content with conference objectives.
- Handle logistical arrangements such as venue coordination, audio-visual needs, catering, and on-site support.
- Collect and analyze post-conference feedback, generate summary reports, and assist with budget reconciliation and performance evaluation.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders using online platforms and tools to streamline planning and execution.
