PositionProgram Operations Associate
Location: HSR ,Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Experience: 0–2 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BBM, BCA, BA preferred)
Role PurposeTo support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of training programs, leadership workshops, corporate events, webinars, and learning journeys delivered by Skillemme.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy working with people, coordinating activities, solving problems, and ensuring smooth execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination- Support end-to-end training program execution
- Coordinate with trainers, clients, and participants
- Track program schedules and logistics
- Ensure timely communication before and after sessions
- Interact with HR, L&D, and business stakeholders
- Share program updates and reports
- Support client engagement activities
- Manage participant communication
- Maintain program trackers and MIS reports
- Coordinate learning materials and assessments
- Support certification and feedback processes
- Ensure documentation is updated and organized
- Support virtual and in-person events
- Coordinate registrations and attendance
- Manage event logistics and participant experience
- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams
- Support business operations and special projects
- Assist in process improvement initiatives
