Job Title: Program Operations ManagerRole & Responsibilities :-

Manage operations for the program and engage with partners & clients to meet program KPIs-

Drive Business Development via Partnerships in SMB segment in India-

Manage existing partners & Onboard New Partners-

Develop metrics & dashboards to track Programs-

Drive revenue growth across program initiativesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :-

MBA with 4-6 years of work experience in sales, business development or program management-

Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive results-

Experience problem solving and communicating about issues with individual stakeholders and teams-

Experience thinking analytically about issues and influencing internal and external stakeholders-
