Programme Coordinator/ Research Associate job recruitment in Institute of Rural
Management Anand.
Essential Qualifications: Masters’ degree with a few years’ work experience (those related to enterprise, small business and research related to entrepreneurship would be preferred). Candidates who have been through various Fellowships programmes in Rural India with significant and relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s Degree are also encouraged to apply.
Desirable qualifications include Masters in Rural Management or equivalent (MBA, PGDM etc) or full time Masters courses in Development Studies (or equivalent), entrepreneurship etc.
What we are looking for: A team person with good interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Willingness to travel extensively and work with strict timelines and multiple reporting. Empathy for rural India and entrepreneurship.
Duration: Three months (one of the posts might be Rajasthan based, application is common for both posts).
Remuneration: Consolidated salary between Rs. 30,000/- to Rs.40,000/- per month.
Selection process: Shortlisted candidates shall be interviewed at IRMA, Anand.
