Qualification : Post Graduate in Mass Communication/ Knowledge Management/ Public Relation/ Degree or Diploma in Advertisement & Public Relations. Or, PG in any discipline with excellent writing skills in English. 3 years or more experience is desirable in Knowledge Management and Communication in programmes of Rural Livelihoods Community Development of Central Govt., State Govt./ World Bank/ LNDP/ Corporate sector/ Banks/ International NCOs with excellent written and oral communication in English. Or, 5 years experience is desirable in development and use of ICT material lor community development programmes.
