Qualification: Master degree in Nutrition/Public Health/Social Sciences with statistics as one of the subject at least at graduate level.
Minimum 10 years experience in the monitoring and evaluation of public health and/or women & child nutrition programming out of which at least 3 years at state level with women and child development department. Good knowledge of data collection and analysis methods. Experience in working with Women and child development department, UN agencies. Demonstrated experience in monitoring programmes and writing reports.
Experience in the technical mentoring of staffs in Government departments. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft word-processing, spread sheets, Power point and knowledge of statistical package STATA, SPSS, Atlas-ti will be given an added advantage. Fluent in Odia language and must be well versed in writing and speaking too.
Desirable : Experience with research/development projects an advantage. Flexibility with regards to hours/days of work.
