Job Description
The Bharat Quiz (TBQ) is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Project and Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive and independent individual looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving project success from conception to completion. You'll be responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities, crafting compelling presentations, and managing professional communications, including cold outreach and follow-up emails. Excellent communication and marketing skills are essential, as you'll also be engaging with clients in online meetings and developing engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:Independent Project Management: Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely and successful execution with minimal supervision.
Presentation Creation: Design and develop high-impact presentations for various stakeholders, including potential sponsors and clients.
Sponsor Acquisition: Identify, research, and outreach to potential sponsors, negotiating and securing partnerships to support TBQ initiatives.
Professional Communication: Draft, format, and send professional emails, including cold outreach, follow-ups, and general correspondence, maintaining a high standard of written communication.
Client Relationship Management: Coordinate and conduct online meetings (Google Meet/Zoom) with clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication.
Marketing & Outreach: Apply effective marketing strategies to promote TBQ projects and engage with target audiences.
Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for various platforms, supporting project goals and marketing efforts.
Bachelor's degree completed.
0-2 years of professional experience in a related field.
First Month: Commission-based.
From Second Month: Salary-based, determined by performance during the first month.
Work Hours: Flexible, dependent on project requirements (up to 12 hours/day).
Contract Renewal: Continued service in subsequent months is contingent upon successful completion of assigned tasks within the given month.
