Project Assistant Level-II Food Science recruitment in CSIR – Central Food Technological Research Institute.
Research project: “Rollable roti flour from non-gluten grains (sorghum, pearl millet, finger millet and foxtail millet” (SSP-0236).
Qualification: First class M.Sc. in Food Science/Food Technology/Food Nutrition/Biotechnology Agricultural Science or B.Tech./M.Tech. in Food Technology or equivalent degree with good academic records.
Desirable : Experience in grain processing and quality assessment.
