Job Description
1. Vacancy position: DBT-BioCARe Project Assistant
2. Number of vacancies: 01
3. Title of the project: Whole genome analysis, Phylogenomic study, identification of novel drug targets and T-cell epitopes against malaria parasites, using NGS analysis, assorted, integrative, computational and comparative genomic approach against Malaria parasites.
4. Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Sciences (any stream), with experience on NGS data analysis.
5. Desirable: Experience of working in Bioinformatics/NGS related projects. Knowledge of Computer languages & programming skills. Good written as well as verbal communication skills.
6. Expected duties: The candidate has to contribute to the objectives of the project by development and execution of research plans for the research project, to discuss the interpretation of results and
the preparation of manuscripts for publications.
7. Consolidated salary: 25,000 INR/month.
