Applications are invited from suitable candidates for Project Assistant (PA) to work on the following project sponsored by Core Research Grant Scheme, SERB-DST, under the supervision of Dr. Rajib Ranjan Maiti, Department of Computer Science and Information Systems, BITS- Pilani, Hyderabad campus.

1. Post Name: Project Assistant (PA)

2. Title of the project: Defend Internet of Things-based Cyber Espionage through Analysis of Encrypted or Unencrypted Network Traffic using Machine Learning (CRG/2020/005855)

3. Duration of the project: 03 years

4. Project position and number: Project Assistant (PA) (1 position)

5. Fellowship/Salary amount: As per SERB-DST norms

6. Eligibility requirements: PA – Under graduate or graduate in science or engineering (preferably in CS/IT)

7. Subject knowledge: PA – Strong knowledge in computer networks and preference will be given tothose who have knowledge in network security protocols like HTTPS, IPSec, Python programming and cyber security/hacking tools. Should have strong desire to work in the area of IoT hacking and security.
