Project Assistant job opportunities in Shiv Nadar University
Title : “Deciphering the role of the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase oncogenic mutation in conferring anti- HER2 therapy resistance by enriching for the stem-like tumor initiating cell population in HER2 oncogene-positive breast cancer”
Department: Chemistry
Qualification: MSc. degree in Life Sciences with clear theoretical knowledge. The candidate must have at least one-year post-graduation laboratory work experience. Following technical expertise (all) are requisite for short-listing for an interview: mammalian cell culture (stable and primary cells), cancer cell biology assays, three-dimensional growth assay, cancer stem cell assays, immunology assays, DNA damage identification by LC-MS/MS, small molecule metabolite identification by LC-MS/MS. Some knowledge of proteomics is preferred.
Fellowship : Rs.22000
Duration of the Project: 6-8 months depending on the performance and availability of funding.
